Santa’s Friday Night Market
Bringing Our Community Together, One Friday at a Time
Dates: Fridays, June 6 – August 29 (not July 4)
Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: Outside the Welcome Center (next to Pagoda and Hotel North Pole)
Join us for a summer series celebrating community, creativity, and local business. The Friday Night Market features a rotating variety of small business vendors offering fresh vegetables, home goods, artisan handicrafts, art, wellness products, and more. Â Each week there will be two local food trucks (on a rotational basis) on-site.
Vendor Information
Vendor Fee: Fees are based on a percentage of sales. At the end of each market day, vendors will report their total gross sales to the Welcome Center staff, and pay a 15% fee on those sales, not to exceed $50.     Set-Up Time: 1:00 PM                Event Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
North Pole Community Chamber of Commerce: Will have a 30×40 community tent erected adjacent to the North Pole Welcome Center. The tent will provide some vendors a limited area to stage their booths, with some space set aside for patron walking isles. Overflow vendors will stage outside and around the community tent, using their own pop-up tents.
Vendors must be completely self-sufficient – in terms of providing their own tents (where needed), table, chairs, table covers, cash banks, payment processing devices, all display materials, signage, lighting, inventory, and any other essentials for setup and sales.
Any Vendors cooking onsite will also need sufficient fire extinguishers on hand and readily within reach.
Registration:  All vendors must pre-register with the Welcome Center prior to the day of each Friday Night Market. Email: Welcome@northpolechamber.us for a registration form.
