North Pole Lions Club
This December, we’re shining a light on the North Pole Lions! Not only do they sponsor the spectacular Winterfest Fireworks, but they’re also the driving force behind incredible community projects and unwavering support for organizations across North Pole.
Their Aurora Borealis Lions Eyeglass Recycling & Vision Center collects nearly 40K pairs of eyeglasses annually, crafting ~22K single-vision glasses for those in need. These glasses make their way to Interior Alaska residents, remote villages, and 13 international health missions.
They also provide financial assistance for life-changing eye surgeries, transforming lives and offering hope. Thank you, North Pole Lions, for your incredible impact!
