The Foundation maintains the Aurora Borealis Lions Eyeglass Recycling and Vision Center. They provide vision aid to Alaskans and to missions around the world. They collect over 40,000 pairs of recycling eyeglasses every year. The glasses are sorted, cleaned and processed to add to our in house inventory. They can provide aid getting and eye exam, eyeglasses or eye surgeries.
